I'm 21 and I have 3 credit cards. I want a credit card with an intro. 0%APR. I've already got the Capital One college card and I'd like another one similar to it. Would the Aria Visa be my best bet? And if so, what months will the 0%APR last for, Feb. and March or will it start in March and last through April?

The Aria card has a customized APR and INTRO Rate based on your creditworthiness. If you are accepted you will either receive an intro rate of 0% for three billing cycles and a regular APR of 9.99% or an intro rate of 0% for 2 billing cycles and a regular APR of 20.49% or 23.99%. The time period that you receive O% APR really depends on when you apply and when your account is established. So if you apply now your first billing cycle may be established as Feb 15th through March 15th. You can also once a year change the billing cycle to coincide with when you are paid. I hope this helps.
