Where can we find a credit card company that we can transfer our current balance, but can also be assured our line of credit remains the same and has a low interest rate?

To receive a low interest rate you need to be sure that you have a good credit history. (no late payments, various types of credit in good standing etc). I am not sure what you mean about being assured your line of credit remains the same.. However, here are some products that you may want to look at in the "browse section" of our site.
The Capital One Visa Platinum offers credit lines up to 20,000 and a fixed APR for balance transfers of 9.9%. The Bank of America Visa Platinum offers an interest rate of 8.9% until balances are paid off.
