I am looking for a credit card that has frequent flyer miles for continental, quicken, high credit limits, and atm options.
Does a credit card like that exist?
Also what is the difference between cards that give you miles for any airline and one that picks just one airline? Does the card that gives mileage for a specific airline give you a better deal?

The bank that offers a credit card with miles on Continental Airlines is Chase. Here is a link to the faq on that card:

Since the card comes in Platinum, it can have a high credit limit, but that all depends on what you personally can get approved for.

All credit cards have ATM options, but beware of the fees and sometimes higher APRs associated with cash withdrawals.

As for the question of which card will give you the most for your dollars spent, that's something that you need to judge based on your spending and traveling habits. Many cards also have deals with long distance carriers, hotels, and car rentals that allow you to earn more miles.
