I just came to USA and work here 4months ago, I have my SSN, my paycheck, my employer..... I have permanent address around 3 months only. I have current payment on the utilities, but I didn't want to have a sercured card, I tried many other card companies, but all denied, pls comment to see what I can do?

It may be a good strategy to start building a credit history through all means available. Instead of paying in cash for clothes etc, you should apply for store credit cards from retailers. You can pay off the balance each month to avoid finance charges and still be building a credit history.
Also, consider applying for a NextCard Visa or the Aria card. These products can be both found in the browse section of this site, and they offer a customized APR based on your credit history. Keep in mind that if you apply for too many cards in a short period of time your credit history will be adversely affected.
