I'm a resident of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, USA. I don't have a credit card. Online applications are only for U.S.A. residents between the 50 states. Residents of the U.S.A. territories are excluded from online applications. How do I get a credit card ? I need one.

I would suggest that you visit an American Express travel office. They should be able to help you get a card.
