want a credit card that has fraud protection, however my credit needs improvement. Want no annual fee, a reasonable interest rate and no set up costs. Either Visa or Mastercard. Have not found what I want yet, is there someone who can help me find what I want??

Nowadays, most cards have the fraud protection feature (true, this wasn't the case 10 years ago).
I would simply go for a reasonable card from a reputable credit card issuer.
Make sure you understand all the fees involved (some cards advertise "No set-up fees" but hit you with other, very similar charges).
