What's the best card for an 18 year old with no credit? A card that don't need a bank account. With Low APR, Low interest rate. A good starter card. Something I can build my credit up with. You need credit for everything now a days.

There are credit cards that have a lowered requirement for your credit score. You can find some of the cards at this web site or you can check out a list of such cards at [url removed]. There are also secured cards (or prepaid cards) that may help you to build your credit. You can look for them at the site mentioned above. They are nothing but debit cards that are reported by the bank as credit cards. So, for everybody, who tries to keep track of your credit they "look" just like regular credit cards. This way you can slowly, but surely, build your credit. I hope it helped.
