I recently got an offer for a Bonus One credit card, the offer sounds good and I've never owned a credit card so I'm *honeslty* really clueless. And well I paid them 249.95 for the credit card and it posted on March 30th, I should recieve it in about 10 days so by Apr 9th but I can't find them ANYWHERE online, and I found a complaint about them on badbusinessbuerau.com (cant spell it correctly sorry) please let me know IMMEDIATLEY if they're fraudulent bc the complaint said he didn't get his refund because it was after 15 days, so please let me know ASAP if you know they are frauds. thank you so so so much.

I recieved a call stating that I qualified for 2 credit cards, visa and master card. I was told that all I needed to do was to pay $279.00, which was withdrawn from my checking account on 2/27/04. I was told that I would get my package the week of the 29th of March. It is now 4-6-04 and I haven't heard or recieved anything. I keep leaving messages because I always get a voice mail and never able to speak to anyone. My calls hasn't been returned either. I would like an explaination and a refund if this is fraud.

unless the issuer clearly identified their product as a "secured" card (where you spend what you deposit), you shouldn't pay just for opening an account. unfortunately, many people fall vicitims to this.
