Small business owner looking for card with quickest turnaround on approval and first use. Credit is A+ and approval will not be a problem. Thus far, Capital One is giving approx. 3 weeks for first use (can't use until card is in hand). Others are about 30 days. 1 week or less would be ideal...any such card available? | |
