hi
Is there any other ways to pay a credit issuer other than by Checking account? Is Checking account better than any other or not? It seems to me that I will pay more fees on Checking account than on Credit Card.
But I am not sure, so please help me answering these questions.

Most checking accounts that I know of will not charge any fees for maintaining an account. Are you coming across checking account fees? You may be able to set up a savings account, and have your monthly bills paid by ACH out of this account. However, I recommend reviewing your statement before you pay it.

what you're referring to is 2 things, probably - one is maintenance fees (all checking account will waive them if your balance is high enough), and the other one is transaction fees (again, most will waive them or provide SOME transactions for free - e.g. 15 a month).

some banks don't charge transaction fees if you use their online banking systems - i.e. if you pay online instead of using paper-and-pencil check method.

your best bet is to try to find a checking account without high fees. you need a bank account anyway, don't you?

how do you intend to pay off your new credit card if you don't have a checking account? i suspect that the banks whose cards you applied for were thinking the same thing...
