before i divorced(2 years ago), my ex-husband bought a car using my ssn, and he's still paying back. the car was under my name. and i've never contacted to him for 2 years.
when i check my credit, i found he paid the bill late 3 times, which made my credit worse. is there any way to protect my credit from him?

I am assuming that you were a co-signer for the car? Your lawyer should have addressed this issue during the divorce proceedings. I would suggest you bring this to your lawyers attention.
