my credit card company takes 33% out of my payments automatically. no matter what i send them they always have me at a overlimit fee and the 33% they take.what can i do too stop this from happening?

Which card do you have?
Are you charging more each month than your credit limit? If so, you should ask them to increase your limit. I don't understand how they can take exactly 33% each month?? Does that include an interest charge?

I agree with Colin. Something sounds really fishy here. You either misunderstand your bills or they are running a shady operation. Since we don't have further information to help you, you should probably contact a non-profit consumer credit counseling agency. Call them or make an appoinment and have them look over some of your statements.>http://www.consumercredit.com/
