I'm 18 and live in Canada and I've applied and applied, but no one will give me a card.

I would recommend that you speak with this bank and ask to apply for a credit card. Because you have established a business relationship with them, you may have a better chance of getting a card. Also, if worse comes to worse you could apply for a secured card. I hope this helps.
