Topic rental insurance in W. Europe

I am looking for a credit card that will carry my rental car liability insurance in Western europe. And how long it will do that. We had a card 4 years ago that carried us for 2 weeks. That was great but we were there for three weeks. Must I rent the car in two week segments?

Visa has auto rental insurance that provides coverage for damage due to collision or theft up to the actual cash value of most rental cars when certain conditions are met. It covers rental periods within 31 consecutive days outside the U.S. (excluding Ireland, Isreal and Jamaica).
