What do I do if my wife has no credit, has never had a credit card, is only 19, and has a part-time job that only pays 6,000 a year.

But, she is also a part-time student. How do I get her a credit card? She also gets $250 a
month for child support.

Some student cards require individuals to be enrolled full time at a 4 year institution, but I don't believe this is the case with the Citibank student card. Also, I believe this card does not have a minimum income requirement..so check it out. Another option would be to co-sign for a card or add your wife as an authorized user to one of your credit card accounts.
