I retired from the U.S. to Costa Rica. Now the credit card I used for years won't renew my card because I live in a foreign country. I have an excellent credit history. Does anyone know a company which will issue a card to a good ole' gringo in Costa Rica? Hogwasher | |

Could you simply use a debit card in place of a credit card? Or, do have an address in the USA that a relative lives at? | |
