If I apply for and get approved for an instant decision card, how quickly will I get it? How quickly can I begin making purchases with it?

I believe Capital One gives you the opportunity to use a temporary card number online once you are accepted. Otherwise you will need to wait the 1-3 weeks it takes to send the card to your address. When you receive the card you will need to activate and sign, then you can start using the card immediately offline and online.
