What if my husband had 2 credit cards and both were on his name and I don't pay the balances. Am I responsible to pay that debt?
What if I don't have the money to pay other than my house and social security check which is direct deposit to my bank, can they get it from there?

You may want to consult a lawyer, but if you are not a co-signer on the account I do not believe you are responsible for paying the bills. However, aren't your husbands debts settled from his estate? Do you have credit cards in your own name?
