Topic Highest Credit Line

I have an excellent credit history. I am looking to purchase a house but I need at least 5% down payment. I am looking for a credit card that would give me at the minimum 10,000 credit line so that I can cash out and use it as down payment and then pay a low monthly interest rate. What card would give me this. I have American Express that gives me only 3,400 but not cash out and a Visa with only 1,000 limit. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I used to get these applications that would have a limit upto 100,000. Of course I destroyed them because I didn't them but now I need it.

Keep in mind that cash advances are typically a different APR than the purchase APR, almost always much higher. The Capital One Visa has a cash advance APR the same as the purchase APR, but the APR and credit line are customized to your creditworthiness.
