Are there any credit cards out there offering free internet service with card membership?

That sounds like an interesting product, but I do not know of any. You can always get Net Zero and a credit card separately.

The folling is a email I recieved from First USA concerning credit cards and free internet access:

Dear Tom:

As a leader in the credit card industry, we are
committed to providing innovative products and superior customer service.
We appreciate
your interest.

First USA Bank doe not give away free access to any internet sites.
However, we do service an America Online credit card that offers points
that can
be redeemed to waive or decrease the monthly service fee.

If you would be interested
in applying for one of our accounts, please call us at the number listed
below.

If
you have any questions or if we can help in any other way, please call us at
the
toll-free number listed below. We're here 24 hours a day to serve your
credit card
needs.

Sincerely,

Wendy Brannan

...although I would prefer NetZero to AOL myself, perhaps it will catch on.
