I want a card that will post charges electronically, in a manner that will allow me to drop the info into a spreadsheet , or provide filled in expense forms that I can modify.

I am sure many cards allow you to do this, but I know that the GM card allows you to download transactions in "comma delimited" format into excel. This would seem like a good choice because you would also be earning points from your business expenses, towards a new car. There is no annual fee.
