I need to know what a pre-funded reloadable credit card is, and how do I know if the company is legitimate? They're called Akron Capitol Corp. and I've looked them up with the better business bureau, and since they have three different addresses, the address that I have came up with no reports in the last three years, but another one said they had 5 reports in the last 12 months, so I'm hesitant. If you could answer back soon that would be great. Thanks Linda

I have not heard of this company, but it sounds like what you are describing is a stored value card. This is similar to a pre-paid phone card where instead of paying for long distance minutes, you pre-pay for future purchases and you can use the card in the same way you use a credit card.
