I GOT A LETTER AROUND DECEMBER 13,2001.THE COMPANY NAME IS :CAPITAL CHOICE CONSUMER CREDIT THEY SAID THAT I WAS APPROVED FOR A CREDIT CARD NOW THEY TOLD ME TO SEND 39.00 DOLLARS FOR THE MEMBERSHIP FEE SO I DID. OR I COULD HAVE SENT THE 43.00 DOLLARS FOR THE RUSH DELIVERY. I GOT THE MONEY AROUND THE 21 OF DECEMBER AND MAILED THE LETTER ON THE 25 OF DECEMBER WITH WAS A HOLIDAY BUT THE 26,27,28,29 WERE WORKING DAYS OR MAILING DAYS THE POST OFFICE HAS WARNED ME THAT THE TIME IT TAKES FOR A LETTER TO GO FROM SAY FOR EXAMPLE:{OHIO TO FLORIDA}IS EXACTLY THREE DAYS . I WAS JUST WANDERING IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE WHO HAS DELT WITH THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND KNOW IF THEY HAVE RIPPED PEOPLE OFF BEFORE ON CREDIT CARDS BECAUSE WHEN I TRY TO CALL THEM THEY SAY MY APPROVAL NUMBER IS NOT EVEN IN THERE SYSTEM.. SO I GOT A TRACER TO SEE WHERE THE MONEY WENT AND THE POST OFFICE DONT KNOW ....... FOR SERIOUS REMARKS OR COMMENTS PLEASE RESPOND."NO BULL"

I believe that you've been ripped off. Please don't trust that company because I was victimized by them. My situation is just like yours. I received a postcard from them. They lured me with all the great interest rate and special bonus. It turns out that they don't give you a credit card. They actually want you to buy something from them. I was ripped off by them for a total of $280.00 dollars. Please be aware of that.

I was a victim too. Would you consider joining in on a class action lawsuit against this company? Please reply asap. Thanks

and type in Capital Choice Consumer Credit under "check out a company". The company's phone numbers are available here. That company has a dismal record. If this is the company that solicited you, I suggest you contact the attorney general in the state Capital Choice Consumer Credit is located.

That company is a joke. You got scamed. I have read several of these e-mails from concerned victims. Tip of advice........don't ever fall for ANY credit card offer that doesn't have a Visa or Mastercard logo on it. I've actually considered filing a class action lawsuit over this. They got me for $220.00. So, if it makes you feel any better, you're not the only one!
