i need a list of online credit card companies
that pertain to those with bad credit/bankruptcy

Many issuers offer secured products. For example Futurecard, First Premier, Capital One, Sterling Bank, Key Bank. As far as online applications for people with credit problems, Futurecard and First Premier (both on this site) and 1st-netcard are the ones that I am aware of. Other issuers such as Sterling Bank let you print a form. Let me know if you find more so we can add them to the Credit Card Menu.
