I got a phone call offering me a master card. The company is called Central Benefits..I was given an operator's name and if number..tracking number and cumtomer service telephone number. When I call the telephone number it has been busy for three days. They were suppose to take $199 out of my checking account on December 7, 2001. They have not done it yet. I am trying to find out if this is a legitimate offer. How can I find out?

That is good they have not taken out money from your account. Visit Centralbenefits.com to see if that is the organization offering the credit card.
