I understand that there are credit cards available that give you frequent flyer miles that can be used with any airline rather than just one airline. If this is true please supply us with names of companies. Thank you.

I use American Express membership rewards which can be added to the American Express Card for $40 per year. You earn 1 point for every dollar spent. Amex partners include Southwest, Delta, Continental, USAir, TWA Hawaii Airlines, Mariott, Hilton, Best Western, Starwood, Avis, National, and Budget. This is a good deal if you charge a decent amount on your card and especially if you travel for work.

Is there any card that gives frequent flyer miles, but does Not charge a membership fee?

I have not come across a travel card with a $0 annual fee. Sorry.

We have been told that there is a credit card for air mileage and the annual fee is 25.00.Please advise if this is true. The credit card is suppose to be with Chase Manhattan Bank.

thank you.

The Chase airline card with the lowest annual fee that I am aware of, is the Continental Classic card which carries a $45 annual fee.
