I need info as to how to pay my credit card bills online with another credit card but without having to get a check ...for instance if I wanted to pay an electric bill i could use a credit card or a doctor bill...so why is it i cannot pay a visa bill which was used for purchases with another visa?

You should use the Visa that you ultimately want purchases to be charged to, as your primary card for purchases. If you already made purchases on a Visa, and want to move these purchases to another card you should initiate a balance transfer.
