I noticed in one answer that Amex Optima offers a low long term rate on balance transfers. Can someone tell me how to apply for this card. Thanks dch41 | |

In the browse section of Creditcardmenu.com, you will find the Optima card and a link "apply online". This link will bring you to a secure application form on the American Express web site. | |
