I think their is a lot of card users that really don't know how to use it at pay at pumps. People use their card and it doesn't work and they go inside to complain. I think that all card users should be sent letters on how to use their cards effectively, and without as many problems.

I am one of those people. Tried to use my card when I was in LA last month - didn't work. However the problem is NOT IN YOUR CARD - it's in that stupid interface they (gas pumps) have.
