have a dispute with a London hotel I stayed in. the owner was a lair and thief
he over-charged us using our visa number which he had.Asked us to leave unfairly (i think he planned to cheat us as so many of his workers told us he is a thief) created bogus costs all things are documented and my
agreements. This was in the UK on my visa card what are the laws to protect
me. I was over charged GBP 10,000 all of which I did not sign for and incurred losses and damages PLS help.

You should make sure you notify your credit card company that you are not responsible for these charges. I believe the same rules that apply in the US apply overseas. The card issuer should investigate the charges.
