working on improving credit history. i have just received a credit card a few months ago should i apply for other credit while correct credit report?

I am not sure I understand the question, but I think you are asking whether you should have more than one card. If this is the question I would say you should only get another card if you think you can pay both cards on time and not overextend yourself by charging too much.
