I am moving to Paris and I want to find a Visa card that I can use worldwide which offers travel/miliage rewards, no annual fee, on line account information and online payments. Can you help me?

Any Visa cards can be used where ever a merchant accepts Visa. I am not aware of any Travel Rewards cards with $0 annual fees. However, if you browse the Reward cards in the "browse" section of http://www.creditcardmenu.com, you will find some cards with no annual fee
