When these Credit Card Organizations list their products (credit cards) they should make it very clear on the first line of their advertisements that they only accept applications from locals. It is a waste of our time to fill in application forms and then at the end find that its only applicable to U.S residents.

What I expect from Major Credit Card providers is that they get their act together and start thinking International. Provide these facilities through their correspondent Banks/Financial Institutions. This might be a U.S based website so what are they doing trying to get members from outside the U.S ?
