What would you say is the best card for a student in college, especially if the student just wants to begin building up a good credit history for future purposes?

If you want a card that offers travel benefits and other rewards you
could apply for an American Express. The American Express
Student card approves students for credit lines between $500-$3000.
This product has a 15.74% APR and no annual fee. The following are Visa issuers who offer student products; Capital One has a 19.8% no annual fee productCitibank has a student card with a variable rate of prime + 9.4%. Be sure to pay your bills on time and you will have great credit coming out of college. Good Luck!
