Try www.UPromise.com Vendors pay a percentage of your total purchase (1%, 2%, some more) into an account with UPromise for your designated recipient (the little one who will be going to college someday). When enough money accumulates it is swept to a 509 educational fund that you will have to set up. The money does not come from the credit card companies, rather, the credit card number is used to track your spending with program retailers.
