Topic Currency Conversion Fees

Both my Master Card NationsBank) and Visa Card (Universal Bank) have begun imposing a 2% conversion fee for foreign transactions. This is in addition to the 1% charged by Mastercard/Visa. Does anyone know of a card that does not add these fees?

According to NextCard they do not have surcharges for foreign
purchases and the Wall Street Journal is used for currency conversions. Peoples Bank also indicated that they do not have any surcharges on international transactions.
