Does anyone know where we can get a credit card where the Small Corporation is Liable, but no individual is liable?
I found some corporate cards like this, but they were only for Large Corporations.

i don't know the answer to your question, but a few years ago i was researching the same thing and came to the conclusion that even if the liability is on the business side, issuers want personal information of the owners. if you do find a business card that doens't require owner info at all, please post your findings here - i'd be interested to know.
