My friend is in a bind and needs a credit card but her problem is that she has no credit therefore no one will give her a credit card so how does she get credit extablished if noone will give her a chance?

She may want to establish a checking/savings account if she has not
done so. Card issuers like to see signs of stability. If you have a stable
permanent address, a bank account, and a stable job you
will be viewed more favorably by card issuers. The next thing is to
actually obtain a card. She may want to try for an unsecured
