I just got my Capital One student credit card and I got a question:

They sent me the card on July 21th but it was activated on July 23th, does it mean that my monthly cycle starts on July 23th or 21th?
The Grace Period is 25 days, but when does it start? If I buy something for $100 today(July 24th) do I have 25 days form the 24th to pay it without interest or is it 25 days after I recieve my statement?

Grace period is the time between the closing date of the billing cycle and the due date that you can pay the bill in full and be charged no interest. Keep in mind that if you carry a balance from month to month you will not have a grace period (finance charges will be calculated from the day you make a purchase)
