Hi, I'm a student needing to start a credit history, and I have some stuff in mind that I would like to buy that would be fairly easy for me to pay on. What credit card would meet these needs. Obviously I have no previous credit history.

You should look under the browse section of this site in the student category. Any of the student cards would be a good starting point. Just remember to pay your bill on time each month, this way you avoid late fees and build a good credit history.
