I AM FROM MALTA AND WOULD LIKE A CREDIT CARD WHICH FEATURES ON-LINE FACILITIES SUCH AS AMERICAN EXPRESS. HOW CAN I APPLY ? ALL THE SITES I HAVE VISITED SO FAR ONLY CATER FOR U.S. CITIZENS WHO ACTUALLY LIVE THERE.

I would suggest simply going directly to Americanexpress.com. In the top right hand corner their is a pulldown for worldwide sites. In the future we will add a Worldwide section on this site. Thanks.

I think it stinks that the nextcard advertises that it is for people who have recently had credit problems bu then turnsyou down for haveing poor credit history.
