I don't have any credit, as I have never had a credit card. I pay my bills and all of that stuff, I live in a different state from my bank, and so I can't get a credit card through them. I do not want to a secure card. What are my options? Anybody?

It may be a good strategy to start building a credit history through all means available. Instead of paying in cash for clothes etc, you should apply for store credit cards from retailers. You can pay off the balance each month to avoid finance charges and still be building a credit history. It may also be useful to try for a regular Visa, Mastercard or American Express. However, you should be realistic and not try for any low..low rate cards because chances are you won't be accepted.
