how come in the us if u are 18 and u can be a losser and get a credit card ,but some one who is a hard worker under the age of 18 will be blocked off some credit cards ?

How come you can join the Army at 18 and throw grenades around, yet you have to wait until you are 21 to have a beer? I don't know...

What I do know is.
You can look to your local bank and get a co-signer. Or have a parent add you as an authorized user on one of their existing accounts. (you would still receive your own card)

Or you could pray for the credit bureau to mess up on your birthdate on the credit report like they did mine. VIOLA!!! I now have access to at least apply for all major credit cards. I was approved for a Nextcard Visa and Mastercard. Good luck!
