I need to get signed up with a credit card company that doesn't do credit checks because I tried Aria and they said i didn't have any credit history.

I don't believe any credit card is issued without a check of your history.Secured cards are probably the closest thing. You are pretty much guaranteed acceptance for secured cards because they require you to deposit a percentage up to 100% of your credit line as security against purchases.
