I am interested in the Bank of America card with no fee. One of the benifits is 'more REI gear' But I don't know what that is.

Please enlighten me.

Here is the description for the REI program:

*You'll receive a 1% rebate on all non-REI purchases. This 1% rebate
will combine with your annual Patronage Refund, to give you more
REI gear.

*Patronage Refund—Each year, a patronage refund based on the total amount of your regular-price REI purchases is paid back to you in the form of a dividend. This includes purchases from REI.com, REI mail order and REI stores. The percentage you receive is based on REI's profits. Our goal is to return to you 10% of your eligible purchases each year.
