Which company/bank offers foreigner in applying for a Visa/Master/Diner cards? I'm having 2 Visa cards in my country and are having good credit record. But I wanted to open a foreign account in US just for online betting as it's illegal in my country. How is it possible to apply successfully as a foreigner? Please advise. Thanks.

You need to have a Social Security Number to apply for a US credit card.

you can also use the Tax id or the green card number if you have one.
