The church where I work applied for a credit card and has yet to receive any notification as to whether we are accepted or denied. What has happened? I mailed the application in mid February of 2001. To whom should I address this matter?

Which card did you apply for? All issuers have customer service numbers through which you can check the status of an application. An application is usually processed in 1-3 weeks.

This is a completely separate topic, but I couldn't seem to find one that suited my needs. I am actually trying to track down a specific credit card company, or provider, by the name of "RKW." They are in the U.S., and are Visa associated. Could anyone provide any information, or direction?
