Are there any organizations that issue (unsecured) Credit Cards to International applicants ?

VivaRebates like most organizations don't have sponsors (credit card issuers) that accept applications from outside the U.S. As for their VivaCashCard, these types are available in Australia and Europe issued by Visa and MasterCard known as DebitVisa/Mastercard. We have looked at VivaRebates but would not use or recommend them. Should you come across a real global institution that issues Credit Cards to International applicants, please let me know.

in the upper right hand corner is a pull down menu for "worldwide sites"
