Is 'Aria Visa Portrait' suitable for one without credit history?
I'm confused by the following term from your introductions:
"Based on your credit history, you may be offered an Aria Visa Platinum product with a 0% Intro APR for 3 billing periods, a variable APR of 9.99% and a $0 annual fee. OR an Aria Visa Persona with a 0% Intro APR for 2 billing periods, a 23.99% APR and an annual fee of $59 or $89"
I just want a card with 0 annual fee, what if Aria will assign me a card with an annual fee of $59 or $89 w/o my final confirmation?

If you cancel the card without using it, the fee will be refunded. (The fee is actually charged to the credit line itself, so no money will ever change hands; they will just undo the debt).

The Aria Visa card offers customized terms based on your credit history. In all likelyhood if you have not established a credit history you probably won't be offered a low APR card. In the rare case that your credit history is much better than you think, you may apply for an Aria Visa Persona or Portrait and receive a Platinum product. In any case if you apply online and are accepted for a card which you are not happy with, you can call customer service and cancel the account.
Note: You should not apply for many credit cards in a short period of time, because too many inquiries can adversely affect your credit rating.
