Does anyone know of a master card being offered for frequent flyer miles for multiple airlines?

I believe the Capital One Miles One card might fit your bill. You can check it out on their website.

I would like to apply for a credit card with mileage. I do not want to pay annual fee or high interest. Do you know of any card?

I have not come across an airline card with no annual fee, but there are other reward cards such as the GM Card that have no annual fee. If you want an airline card try to determine how many miles you will accumulate in a year based on your spending and see if the annual fee is worth it.
